Levante UD today held a training course aimed at club directors and staff as part of ‘Club Compliance Week'. The session took place in accordance with the club’s commitment to an ethical culture and with the adoption and execution of organisation and management models that include ideal measures of surveillance and control to prevent crimes from being committed and reduce the risk of them occurring.
This training course was also held last Tuesday for members of the Fan Club Organisation and will also be offered to players and technical staff from the first teams (men’s and women’s teams) as well as those who form part of Atlético Levante UD.
Levante UD also remind readers that the new version of the Code of Ethics and Conduct can now be consulted, having been approved by the Board of Directors on 27th February, using the following link: http://1909.es/V7T62. There will also be follow-up and awareness meetings with the club directors and attendance at the course organised by LaLiga ('Compliance: the key to sustainability in sport') which will be held on 11th April at the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium (Madrid) and at the meeting held by the group of those responsible for regulation compliance, made up of representatives from affiliated First and Second division clubs.
It should also be noted that Levante UD has always been at the forefront in this regard. It was the first LaLiga club to obtain the UNE 19601: 2017 Criminal Compliance certification. In addition, along with FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Athletic Club, it was one of the first clubs to receive ISO 9001 certification.
