Ethics and Compliance

Levante Unión Deportiva, S.A.D. is committed to everything that allows it to promote integrity and transparency as part of its ethical business culture, with the clear conviction that long-term global sustainability can only be achieved by fostering this culture and complying with regulations. We conduct all our activities under the strictest ethical standards and with the utmost integrity. All individuals associated with the Club, whether in a professional capacity or not, whether they are Professional Athletes or not, are required to carry out their activities following the highest ethical standards and always safeguarding the good reputation of the Club.

In line with transparency objectives, the club has an independent internal body called the Supervisory and Control Body, which reports to the Board of Directors. This body, with daily monitoring by the Integrity Department, is responsible for implementing, developing, and continuously improving the Club's Compliance Program, which includes internal regulations and monitoring and control measures to which all club executives and employees are subject, allowing us to move towards best practices. This model establishes preventive measures and controls to ensure strict compliance with applicable legislation, as well as all regulations the club has voluntarily adopted.

The Internal Information System is the internal channel provided by LEVANTE UD SAD, in compliance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, to report actions or omissions occurring within the Club that may constitute criminal, administrative, or any other behavior contrary to current legal regulations, the Code of Ethics or the Club's Internal Procedures (including completed violations, attempts, or any attempt to conceal such violations). 

In any case, the Internal Information System should not be used as a channel for submitting general complaints or sharing opinions or personal feelings that do not fall within the scope of the Procedure.
