The medical tests carried out yesterday on Sasa Lukic confirm that the midfielder has rectus femoris tendon rupture in his left quadriceps. The player played for the Serbian National Team last week in the European Championship qualifying rounds. He took part in both matches against Austria and Armenia. It is estimated that he will need around three weeks to recover from the injury.

Álex Alegría was operated on yesterday for the anterior cruciate ligament rupture in his right knee, which occurred at the end of the training session in Buñol last Friday. The operation was a success. The player will be released from hospital this afternoon. Alegría will now face a recovery period of approximately six months.
