The medical tests carried out on Iván López just now have confirmed that the player is suffering from cruciate ligament rupture in his left knee. The defender suffered the injury during the morning training session which started at 10.30am at Buñol Training Ground. The defender had just returned to the group after recovering from a muscle injury which occurred during the clash with Real Madrid at the beginning of September in the Bernabéu.
