The player, who remained hospitalised after developing sciatica last Friday as a result of an acute lumbar disc hernia, has been visited this morning by the specialist consultant. Throughout the next couple of weeks he will receive treatment and, once this period is over, a new assessment will be carried out to check on his progress and determine the protocol to follow.
