Levante UD was defeated in their visit to Elche CF in a match where the home team scored the two winning goals within the first five minutes of the second half. The Levante players had their chances but failed to capitalize on them.
The team from Elche took possession of the ball from the early stages and began creating opportunities, mainly through corner kicks. Ryan, who played his first minutes as a Levante player today, was forced to intervene seven minutes in after a shot by Álvaro.
