Levante UD offers its season ticket holders 220 complimentary tickets so that Levante fans can attend the friendly match that the granota team will play against Villarreal CF next Wednesday, August 5, at 10:00 a.m., at the Mini Estadi of the José Manuel Llaneza Sports City.

Each season ticket holder can withdraw a maximum of two free tickets for this match.

How to withdraw tickets:

1. Activate your Identity account

If you have not yet migrated your account to Identity, access the Season Ticket Holder Portal (https://abonos.levanteud.com/panel/login/classic) with your season ticket ID and ID card and follow the instructions to complete the process.

2. Check the associated season tickets

Once the account is activated, verify that you have the season tickets assigned with which you wish to withdraw the tickets.

To do this, access Identity, go to My Account, and select the Season Ticket Holder Portal.

If you need to manage season tickets for family or friends who do not have their own Identity account, select the "+ Add Season Ticket" option and enter the corresponding season ticket ID and ID card. If that season ticket is not associated with another account, it will automatically be added to yours so you can operate with it.

3. Withdraw the tickets

From Identity, access My Account and enter the Ticketing platform.

Matches exclusive to season ticket holders only appear visible if the user has logged in properly identified with their account.

Select the Villarreal CF-Levante UD match and request up to two tickets per purchase. After clicking "Buy now," you must complete the nominative details of the attendees and associate a season ticket to each ticket to validate its free status.

Once the process is completed, Villarreal CF will send the tickets in digital format to the email provided by the season ticket holder.
