Levante UD travels to Mexico with the ID TALENT of Cuernavaca

Levante Unión Deportiva continues to strengthen its position as an international training platform with the celebration of ID TALENT – Morelos 2026, which will take place from March 10 to 16 in Cuernavaca, Morelos (Mexico), in collaboration with Guesumoto Sport. This new initiative in Mexican territory is part of the club's strategic internationalization plan and reinforces its presence in Latin America as an entity committed to the identification, evaluation, and development of young talent.

The event will take place at the Felinos Football Field in Lomas de Vista Hermosa, Cuernavaca, where an intense sports and training agenda will be carried out over the course of a week. The staff traveling from Valencia will include Daniel Pastor, director of the International Training Area, along with two official club coaches, Aritz Lira and Javier Sánchez, who will apply Levante UD's own methodology in each session, maintaining the technical and training standards that define the club's working model.

The organizational forecast anticipates broad participation in the event, with up to 50 players per category and session, ensuring an optimal structure that allows for individualized technical evaluation.

In the male ID Talent, players born between 2007 and 2013 will participate, divided into different working groups adapted to their training stage. Additionally, a specific ID Talent day for females will be held, reaffirming the club's commitment to the growth and international projection of women's football, with players born between 2007 and 2014.

The program will also include a methodological course aimed at local coaches, combining theoretical and practical training with the goal of sharing Levante UD's training model, session structure, and principles of comprehensive player development. This training dimension ensures that the project's impact extends beyond the week of activity itself, generating knowledge and continuity in the local environment.

ID TALENT – Morelos 2026 represents a new firm step in consolidating Levante Unión Deportiva as a globally-oriented club, building bridges between Mexico and Spain and creating real opportunities for young footballers aspiring to grow within a European training environment.
