Levante UD is giving the younger season ticket holders the opportunity to become part of the pre-match activities.The Children´s club acknowledges the loyalty of all our children’s season ticket holders by offering them the chance to run onto to the pitch at the Ciutat de València Stadium and have an official photo taken with the Levante UD starting eleven. This campaign began several seasons ago with the aim of offering more to our supporters.

Registration

Send an email to foto-oficial@levanteud.es and leave the following (compulsory) details:

• Child’s full name
• Age
• Child’s season ticket number (for children aged 5-14 years)
• Name of the adult responsible for the child and their season ticket number
• Adult’s contact telephone number
• Adult’s contact email address

REGULATIONS

1.All children possessing a children’s season ticket for the 2016/17 season can have their photo taken.

2.Children aged 0-4 years can also have their photo taken as long as their parents or grandparents have a season ticket for 2016/17. ,

3.A SINGLE LIST will be drawn up of all the children who have registered and every matchday a maximum of 20 children aged 3-14 and 5 children aged 0-2 can take part in the official photo, having chosen the first 25 children from the list for each match.

4.Every matchday, the children chosen in order from the list will be informed by email with at least 72 hours’ notice. If a child is unable to attend they must register again by email and will be added once again to the SINGLE LIST (places will not be reserved for the following match).

5.In order to appear in the official photo, all children must be wearing the official team shirt or the complete official kit. The first, second or third kit are all valid, as well as the goalkeeper kit, for any season. No other Levante UD sports clothes will be accepted.

6.Parents or tutors of the child must sign a form to authorise taking the photo and its publication in the official club media. This authorisation will be sent by email as an attachment with the notification of the assigned matchday and should be handed in to Levante UD staff just before the photo is taken. Any child who does not have the signed authorisation form will not be allowed to take part in the photo.

7.All the children taking part must turn up with a responsible adult at the main garage door (no number) located in the Gol Alboraya zone (Av. Hermanos Machado- Ronda Norte), next to Gate 45.

8.The children will be collected from this point 45 minutes before the match. Any children who are not present at the indicated time will not be able to take part in the photo, even though they have previously registered.

9.Levante UD will be responsible for the children who take part in the photo until it has been taken.

10.The children will enter the stadium without the adult accompanying them, and from this moment on they are under the supervision of the Club staff who will look after the children, with the exception of the 0-2 year olds who can be accompanied by one adult to an area set up for them.

11.Each child will be given a numbered bracelet and each responsible adult will receive a ticket with the same number given to the child.

12.The children will be handed over to the adults after the photo, in the same place they were collected, on presentation of the corresponding numbered ticket.
