Javi Aguado appeared in the pre-match press conference for the game that Levante UD will play this Sunday, when they host Real Unión de Tenerife Santa Cruz in the seventh round of the Primera Federación.

Levante UD Femenino returns to play at the Ciudad Deportiva de Buñol more than a month after their last home match. The "granota" team will host Real Unión de Tenerife with the goal of earning three new points and maintaining their good form. Javi Aguado has warned that it will be important to approach the match with focus and not underestimate the opponent: "Being very clear that the goal has to be to stay focused on winning, not thinking that just because of where we come from, we are going to win the match easily."

The coach from Alicante highlighted some of the strengths of the Tenerife team, which he considers a squad with players capable of making a difference in various areas of the field: "They have very intelligent players in the middle, very important players in the defensive line, and players up front who are decisive as soon as you give them a little space and time," he explained. For this reason, the Levante players will aim to bring the game to their own terms and take advantage of playing at home: "We will try to play to our strengths, to our weapons, to bring the game to what we want. That is where we feel strong, playing at home, on natural grass. I think we have to make ourselves strong and feel important to take the three points."

Additionally, the match will mark the team's reunion with their fans in Buñol, a support that Javi Aguado considers fundamental to achieving the season's objectives. "We haven't played at home for a month. It's true that we are very eager to play here in Buñol again with our fans, with our people who always support us. For us, it is a very important factor in every match, and we need it to achieve our goals," he stated.

In the pre-match conference, Javi Aguado also mentioned Jesús de Miguel. The coach wanted to highlight the significance of playing this match and the possibility of football paying tribute to him on the field: "I think the greatest tribute can be playing."
