​ Levante UD and FC Schalke 04 agree on transfer, Coke Andujar - Granota anew, up to 2022

Levante UD and Schalke 04 have reached an agreement for the transfer of Coke Andujar, who becomes a newly signed Granota player for at least until June 2022.

Coke Andújar came to the Orriols establishment, as a loan; from the German collaborative last December, and in just a few months, he has become a positive reference for both the Granota dressing room and its fan base. Since his arrival he has summed up 1385 minutes of clash time in 17 matches, having scored 3 goals and many more thrills.

Jorge Andújar Moreno, Coke, born in Madrid on the 26th of April, 1987, developed himself as a player in the lower categories of Rayo Vallecano. After having debuted and settled in at the “Rayista” (lightning-bolt) entity, in the summer of 2011, he committed himself as a footballer with Sevilla FC. This defender has broad experience within the framework of La Liga Santander (top Spanish football league) and in international competitions. His curriculum shines with three conquered UEFA Europa League titles won during his days in the ranks of the “Nervión” guild (Seville), the team from the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium (Sevilla FC), where he played 173 matches. In his previous tour with Rayo Vallecano, we can easily count up to 111 fought fixtures. In the summer of 2016, he went on a northern course with a Bundesliga destination, where he joined Schalke 04. Strategic destiny brought him to Spain’s sunrise coast, Levante, and now, Coke’s Granota Strong until at least 2022!
