Levante UD and Rayo Vallecano have agreed to the loan of the Ciutat de Valencia Stadium as an alternative venue to Vallecas in the event it is necessary as a result of circumstances in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic at some point during the 20-21 season.

We remind readers that yesterday Levante UD and Real Betis Balompié announced the same agreement, in this case reciprocally, so that the Benito Villamarín Stadium will be the venue for Levante UD to play their home matches in the case of the pandemic necessity, and the Granota stadium is the chosen venue for the Betis team.

We remind you that on 7th September the Spanish Football Federation published the new rules and competition guidelines agreed with LaLiga in the light of the situation generated by the COVID-19 pandemic; Among them was that the First and Second Division clubs had to decide upon an alternative stadium located outside their Autonomous Community in case matches could not be played at their own facilities.
