The coaching staff introduces new faces for the 2026/27 season.
Levante UD Femenino has assembled a renewed coaching staff for the 2026/27 season, led by Javier Aguado. The arrival of the Alicante coach to the granota bench is not the only novelty:

Adrián Márquez promoted to the first team as assistant coach
He joined Levante UD in the 2021/22 season to take charge of the Alevín team, and a year later, he combined those duties with being the assistant coach of Team C, which competed in Group V of the Tercera Federación. After establishing himself in the academy, in 2024, he took over as head coach of Levante UD B, which he has managed for the past two seasons, coinciding with several players who have made the leap to the first team this season. Additionally, off the field, he holds a degree in Psychology and has completed a course focused on sports psychology.
Changes in the coaching staff and team
Rocío Fenoll joins the granota organization as a fitness coach after her time at Elche CFF. A graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences and Physiotherapy, she also holds a Master's degree in Sports Performance and Health. At the Elche club, she worked as a fitness coach and rehabilitation specialist for the women's first team, as well as performing rehabilitation duties for the Juvenil División de Honor team.
Antonio Pino joins Levante UD as a goalkeeping coach. He holds a UEFA GK Coach certification and has training in football tactical analysis, as well as in dietetics and nutrition. Over the past two seasons, since 2024, he has held the same position at Elche CFF.
Javier Saa Molina joins as the doctor for the women's first team. A specialist in Sports and Physical Activity Medicine, he complements his expertise with a master's degree in Executive-Sports Coaching and High-Performance Psychology from Unisport.
Bea Vila, for her part, moves up to the women's first team after being part of the club's structure since December 2024. In the past season, she worked with the men's reserve team.
