Levante UD advises that, following the PCR and anti-body tests carried out yesterday on coaching staff, players and employees, the medical team have received confirmation of a positive case. This is a case that had already been detected days ago by the club's medical team and was under their control and monitoring, as well as that of the public health service. Therefore there have been no new positive cases other than the one for which there was already evidence. This person is isolated at home, complying with the health protocol.

The results of these tests have been communicated to the competent health and sports authorities.

Continuing with the preventative measures, the tests were carried out yesterday individually, preventing any interaction between the members of the staff. For this reason, the established plan will be followed and on Friday and Saturday the players will undergo the pertinent medical and physical tests prior to the start of the pre-season work. On Saturday the PCR tests will be repeated for coaching staff, players and employees in order to carry out the first training session next Monday at Buñol Training Ground.
