The Levante UD VII Children’s Christmas Card Competition has been won by Mar Palmero Tárrega, a pupil in 6th year Primary at CEIP Gregorio Mayans School.

The card she designed has become the official Levante UD Christmas card that will be sent out by the Club this year.

The competition received hundreds of entries this year from children aged between 6 and 14 years, from more than a hundred different schools in the Valencia region. Additionally, as part of the agreement between Levante UD and the Spanish Association against Cancer, children in hospital also participated in the competition.

Mar Palmero has won a half season pass for a child and an adult, as well as an official shirt with her name on the back. She will also go onto the pitch at the Ciutat de València Stadium to have her photo taken with the team on match day and all her classmates will be invited to watch a Levante league game from the Children’s Club Stand; her school will also receive a visit from the first team players.

As a culmination of all the prizes, she will also be invited to take part in the Kings’ Parade with the Levante UD players, along with an adult guest.

The winner was awarded these prizes by the first team captain, Pedro López.
