I came to Levante UD as Head Scout to join the sports project for the 2018-19 season and the time has come for me to announce that I am not going to continue working for the club. This decision was difficult for me because of a sense of responsibility and my respect for the club. I made my decision and told the Chairman four months ago and now that we have qualified to stay up in the First Division I am leaving.

I should like to take this opportunity to congratulate the players, coaching staff, club and fans for having deservedly managed to stay up in the elite league of Spanish football.

I wish all the very best to this club for which I have worked loyally and honestly, firmly believing in its potential to continue growing on a sporting level and as an institution.
