All fans who bought their tickets in the Tendas Granotas for the match which was scheduled to be played on Sunday 27th November between Levante UD and Rayo Vallecano and which was postponed due to the rain, must return them to the same official Levante UD store from which they bought them.

Upon presentation of the ticket, the money will be refunded in the same way that the payment was made, whether cash or card. In addition, fans who paid by card must also provide their payment receipt along with the ticket, within 28 days of the purchase.
