The coach has spoken ahead of the match against Sevilla FC.
Luís Castro has appeared before the media in the press conference prior to the match that will see Levante UD face Sevilla FC tomorrow, Monday, at the Ciutat de València Stadium.
The coach explained that the team has taken advantage of the competition break to continue working on their development and to recover players. “We have been able to work on some things we could improve and it has also given us time to recover some players who were dealing with discomfort,” he stated.
The competition resumes tomorrow for the Levante team with the visit of Sevilla FC. Regarding the opponent, Castro highlighted their solidity away from home: “They haven’t lost away, they are very comfortable playing as visitors.” Furthermore, he described the Sevilla team as “one of the strongest in duels, one of the teams that crosses the most, and very effective in everything they do.” For the Levante coach, these characteristics help explain Sevilla FC's good position in the standings. Therefore, he is aware of the challenge the match will pose and the importance of his team delivering their best performance. “It’s going to be a very tough match; we have to be at our best level,” he concluded.
