Levante UD faces a new league challenge tomorrow with a visit to the Anoeta Stadium, where they will take on Real Sociedad in the match corresponding to Matchday 10 of LALIGA EA SPORTS. The Levante team approaches this game with the confidence gained from their victory last Wednesday against Athletic Club.

The Granota team has gone three consecutive matches without a loss and will look to continue this streak by securing their first away win. Facing them will be a Real Sociedad team that is also in good form, having gone four league matches unbeaten, with three wins and one draw. Additionally, the Donostian team comes into the match bolstered by a 6-0 victory over Lillestrøm in the Europa League.

Levante UD and Real Sociedad have faced each other 14 times in the First Division in San Sebastián, resulting in six victories for the home team, two for the Levante side, and six draws. In terms of goals, the Donostians have scored 18, compared to the 10 scored by the Granotas.

The first meeting between the two teams in the top division opened the 2004/2005 season. The match, played on August 29, 2004, ended in a 1-1 draw. The last Granota visit to San Sebastián took place this past April and ended with a 2-0 home victory. Levante UD's last win at Anoeta was on October 30, 2019, when the Valencians triumphed 2-1 thanks to goals from Bardhi and Mayoral.

The match will also feature two players familiar with both clubs. In the ranks of Levante UD is Olasagasti, who joined the Valencian team last season from Real Sociedad. On the Donostian side, goalkeeper Álex Remiro also previously wore the Levante jersey.

With these elements in play, Levante UD faces a challenging away game with the aim of extending their good run, competing against an in-form opponent, and trying to secure their first away victory.
