Since the opening of the period on March 4, a total of 382 shareholders have participated in the subscription process, acquiring 1,300 shares. The period for purchasing shares will remain open until next April 2.

Levante UD keeps the share subscription period open, a process that will remain active until next April 2. After this first five-day phase, the official register records the participation of 382 shareholders who have already completed the process of acquiring the new shares.

As we announced on March 4, shares can be purchased by each shareholder with the right to participate, who may acquire a number of new shares exactly equal to those they already own (1x1 ratio).

Ways to participate and shareholder support

To facilitate the process, the club reminds that there are two channels enabled to carry out the subscription:

• Shareholder Portal: Direct access through the official website to carry out the process online.

• In-person sale: Direct management at the offices of the Ciutat de València Stadium during regular hours.

Additionally, a direct shareholder support phone line (600 730 109) is available during office hours to resolve technical questions about the purchase process or the use of the online platform.
