Medical tests on Emmanuel Boateng this morning have revealed that the forward has sustained an injury of the left knee meniscus. The striker will be assessed tomorrow by medical surgeon Dr. Ernesto Fernández. The evaluation will determine what medical decisions to take. If one recalls, Boateng was withdrawn from the pitch after the first half of the match last Friday between Levante and Bournemouth at La Manga sports facilities. Boateng, author of one of the three goals marked by the Blue-Garnets (azulgranas) Granotas, took a bad step during a playmaking attack.
