Levante UD claimed victory against Atlético Levante UD in the penultimate preseason match, played this morning at the Ciudad Deportiva. A solitary goal by Bardeli, with a powerful shot from outside the box, decided a match in which the reserve team stood up to the first team and also had opportunities to alter the scoreline.

Atlético Levante UD took to the pitch confidently and quickly approached the opponent's goal. Within a few minutes, Ethan tried his luck with a shot that went close to the crossbar. The first team, on the other hand, gained presence as the minutes passed and began working to find a goal against a well-organized reserve team that made it difficult to create chances and forced Luís Castro's side to look for alternatives. Roger Brugué and Etta Eyong tried to break the deadlock, but their shots did not find the target. The score remained level until Bardeli found the space to make the difference. Roger Brugué had another opportunity to increase the lead, but the reserve team's goalkeeper once again stepped up to prevent the goal. Hugo Sotelo was also alert to the rebound, but his shot went over the crossbar.

Atlético Levante UD did not give up on the match and continued to search for an equalizer. Luismi Pérez tested Pablo Cuñat with a shot that forced the first team's goalkeeper to intervene and deflect the ball.
