Levante UD has officially closed the season ticket campaign for the 2026/2027 season, achieving its goal by slightly surpassing the figure of 19,500 season ticket holders (the same of last seasson). Once again, the granota fans have firmly responded to the club's call, demonstrating their commitment to the new season that is about to begin.

The club has reached the initially projected figure —and even slightly exceeded it—, thus officially closing the season ticket campaign. This means that no further renewals can be made, and as previously announced, there will be no period for new registrations.

36.5% of under-25s upgrade to adult passes

The campaign has yielded very positive results. Although there has been a slight overall decrease of 2.6% in the total number of season ticket holders (similarly across all categories: child, youth, and adult), it is noteworthy that 36.5% of under-25s have chosen to upgrade their pass to the adult category. This shift in season tickets, combined with the strong pace of general renewals, has allowed the club to secure the attendance it had planned for the season.

Additionally, those who have opted for an adult pass despite being under 25 can transfer their seat, as maximizing attendance on match days at the Ciutat, supporting the team, and providing full encouragement as fans is one of the club's main objectives. Both adults and children/youths can, as always, release their seat with a series of benefits such as attendance tracking or financial advantages, among others.

Furthermore, Levante UD has already announced that the loyalty conditions for next year will remain the same as this year. The club adopts this measure as part of its active listening approach, always aligned with the fans and the measures studied and proposed in the Advisory Council, which meets quarterly. This way, members know in advance how the club will reward their loyalty, based on each individual's level of commitment.

Opening of the supporter card

The Levante UD opens, starting today, the registration period for becoming a supporter. This option is available at a fixed price of 50 euros for the 2026/2027 season.

The supporter card is for anyone who experiences the club in a global and complete way, with pure “granota sentiment”, allowing supporter members to enjoy benefits across all sections, including youth and academy teams.

Being a supporter of Levante UD offers a series of exclusive incentives and benefits:

• Preservation of seniority: If someone who has been a season ticket holder up to the 2025/2026 season, for any specific reason, has not renewed their season ticket and wants to obtain a supporter pass, they will retain their seniority as a season ticket holder after renewing.

• Access to pre-sale tickets and discounts: They will have priority, advantages, and discounts similar to those of season ticket holders for purchasing tickets.

• Special promotion: The first thousand fans to obtain their supporter card will receive a free ticket for a match at the Ciutat de València Stadium (the club will offer several match options to choose from).

• Free stadium tour: Free access to enjoy the Ciutat de València Tour, including visits to the Raconet, locker rooms, and the most exclusive areas of the granota sentiment temple.

• Special products and experiences at the Ciutat: Exclusive advantages and discounts on official club products and experiences, such as watching the warm-up from the sidelines or attending the Tunnel Room, among others.

• Official information: Priority reception of the granota newsletter with the latest updates.

Digital season ticket update and match access

This weekend, a massive update of the digital season ticket system has been carried out. Therefore, the club requests all season ticket holders to verify that their data and assigned seat are correct. The platform now allows users to check the final status of their card.
