Levante UD announces that at 12 noon, tickets for the match against Athletic Club, corresponding to Matchday 6 of LALIGA EA SPORTS, which will be played at the Estadi Ciutat de València next Wednesday, September 16 at 9:30 p.m., will go on sale through its official website.

Club supporters have already received an informational email with access to an exclusive presale, which will also be sent to season ticket holders. Starting at 12:00 p.m. today, sales will open to the general public. Season ticket holders receive a 10% direct discount and the ability to purchase up to two tickets per holder. When accessing the purchase platform, the system automatically recognizes the user's profile to apply the corresponding rate.

Tickets and VIP Experiences now available

Starting today, VIP Hospitality seats — including the L’Alqueria VIP Box, Bench Box, Executive Box, and the Fenollosa Room, with an option for a gourmet catering supplement in the 1909 Room — as well as the complete catalog of Exclusive Experiences to enjoy the pre-match from the inside, are also on sale:

Granota Immersion (Tunnel + Mixed Zone): Access to the VIP Room with gourmet catering, a direct view of the locker room tunnel during the teams' exit, and exclusive access to the post-match Mixed Zone for photos and autographs.
Warm-up at pitchside!: Watch the team warm up at pitchside, feeling the energy of the field and the stands just a few meters away from the coaching staff.
Photo with the Starting 11: An experience reserved for young season ticket holders (ages 4 to 12) dressed in official gear, who will step onto the field to pose with the starting team for the pre-match photo.
Scoreboard Greeting: The ideal option for birthdays and anniversaries, with the honoree's photo displayed on the stadium's scoreboards during halftime and a live mention by the announcer.

Season ticket management: seat release and transfer

If unable to attend the stadium, the club reminds that pass management can be done quickly through the Season Ticket Holder Portal with two options:

Seat release: Allows the seat to be made available to the club for sale. If sold, the season ticket holder receives a financial benefit, and the match is counted towards loyalty.
Seat transfer: Allows the ticket to be transferred to a family member or friend for that specific match, while still counting attendance.

Both options ensure that no seat remains empty and that the team has maximum support in the stands.

Key points to consider

Return policy: It is essential to carefully review the conditions before making a purchase. Returns are not considered except in the case of the match's definitive cancellation, which applies to both matches with confirmed schedules and potential calendar adjustments.
Advance sales and progressive increase: Ticket prices will increase from the base rate as the match day approaches, rewarding planning and early purchases.
Control of children's and youth season tickets: Reduced-rate season tickets for children (ages 5-14) and youth (ages 15-25) are for personal use by those meeting the age requirement. Presentation of an ID or other official identification document will be required at the access gates.
Zero tolerance for resale: Levante UD firmly pursues the resale or simulated transfer of tickets in accordance with the General Police Regulations. Any seat detected in these circuits will be immediately canceled.
Commitment and sportsmanship: The club calls for exemplary behavior from fans, reminding them of the prohibition of chants or attitudes that are violent, racist, xenophobic, or intolerant, in strict compliance with the RFEF Disciplinary Code.
