The granota coach analyzes the league debut against Alhama CF
Javi Aguado has spoken ahead of the match that Levante UD will play tomorrow against Alhama CF in Murcia. The coach reviewed how the team is approaching the league debut and the key points to face the first matchday.
Levante UD Femenino faces its first league match after an extensive preseason and the Copa debut last Wednesday. Javi Aguado hopes the team maintains the good feelings shown against Elche CFF, although he is aware that the match against Alhama CF ElPozo will be different: "The match went as we wanted. We know it’s a completely different context and it won’t have anything to do with it."
Alhama CF will be a familiar opponent for the team, following the preseason match between the two sides. Aguado praised the Alhama team’s ability to compete on their home ground: "They compete very well, they know their game plan very well, and they have a very defined and clear playing style." For this reason, he warned about the demands of the match: "We will have to be at one hundred percent if we want to take something positive from there."
The Alicante coach also wanted to thank "the support and following they have for the team," as Levante UD will be accompanied by part of their fans at the José Kubala. "We need the fans in away games too. I encourage them to come; it will be a beautiful match, where a journey will begin that we hope will be very beautiful throughout the season."
