The Levante Sports FC Cup will be held at the Oxygen Arena from July 27 to 30.
Levante UD and Oxygen Gaming have organized the Levante Sports FC Cup, an FC 26 tournament aimed at offering Levante fans a new entertainment and leisure option during the summer season.
The Oxygen Arena, the gaming center of Oxygen Gaming, will host the first edition of this competition. Recently renovated, it features areas equipped with state-of-the-art technology and high-performance hardware, making it the ideal venue for this competition.
1 vs 1 Competition and Prizes for Everyone
The tournament, which aims to become a meeting point for the Valencian gaming community, will be played in a 1 vs 1 format, and all participants will compete as Levante UD on PlayStation 5 consoles. In addition to the prizes for the finalists, all registered participants will be entered into a draw for an official Levante UD jersey.
Metricar Sponsors the First Edition
The inaugural edition will be supported by Celso Durán, better known as "Metricar". The Valencian content creator, considered one of Spain's top video game collectors, will act as the tournament's sponsor, bringing his experience and passion for video game culture.
David Fuentes, manager of the Levante UD eSports section, highlighted the importance of this initiative: "This is a project that excites us greatly. We want to continue bringing the club closer to our fans through new leisure proposals and do so hand in hand with Oxygen Gaming, in such a professional environment as theirs, as I believe this is the right path to offer different experiences to our people."
For his part, Rubén del Rey, CEO of Oxygen Gaming, commented on the collaboration: "For us, it is an honor to strengthen our bond with Levante UD. Our home is ready to welcome the best players and offer a top-level competitive experience. Having Metricar with us for this debut is the perfect finishing touch for a tournament that will give people something to talk about."
Solounturnomas to Narrate the Grand Final
The final phase, which will take place on the 30th, will feature an added attraction: live commentary by Miguel Ángel Sánchez, known as "Solounturnomas". The Valencian caster and Levante fan, recognized as one of the best Rocket League commentators at the national level, will be responsible for narrating the decisive moments that will crown the champion of this first edition.
