Levante UD Femenino achieved a hard-fought victory against a tough opponent like CP Cacereño to secure the first three points of the season, which stayed at home thanks to a brace from Dolores Silva and a header from Ari Arias.

The home team found the key to competing in a very intense match against a tough opponent. In a head-to-head duel, the Granota team was the first to threaten with a great left-footed shot from Nuria Escoms that hit the crossbar. Levante UD, as they had shown in previous matches, sought to create danger through crosses from the flanks: Gema Soliveres delivered a ball that Iria Castro headed somewhat awkwardly from the far post. Quick transitions were another attacking weapon for the team led by Javi Aguado. The constant pressure finally paid off. In the 25th minute, Dolores Silva opened Levante UD's scoring account in the league after beating the opposing goalkeeper with the help of a defender.

The Portuguese player tried again a few minutes later, but her shot was blocked by an opponent. Carol also had a chance to extend the lead in a one-on-one with the goalkeeper, but her shot went wide. Just before halftime, the Granota number ‘18’ executed a good combination with Nuria Escoms, but her cross failed to find any of her teammates. Inés Rizo, after chest control, ended the first forty-five minutes with a shot that went slightly wide.

The goal that Levante UD had been eagerly seeking during the first half came in the 55th minute, once again, from Dolores, who found her best ally in Alharilla. From the right wing, the captain broke through and delivered a precise cross into the box, which the Portuguese player, arriving from behind at the far post, converted to make it 2-0 on the scoreboard. The second goal gave wings to the Granota team, which struck again just three minutes later. In a nearly identical play, Alharilla once again gained ground on the right flank and sent a ball into the box, which Ari Arias headed into the back of the net with precision.

In the final minutes, CP Cacereño tried to reduce the deficit, but the Granota defense remained solid throughout the match. Erika Rubio, on her debut with the first team, was very solid and attentive in all actions, securely catching and blocking every ball that came her way.

Levante UD Femenino's next match will be on Sunday, September 27 at 12:00 PM against Sportextremadura at the Ciudad Deportiva de Buñol.
