Levante UD launches Identity where the season ticket holder is the center of the new digital granota experience
The opening of the new portal will be on Monday 23rd at 9 a.m.
Levante UD presents Levante UD Identity, a cutting-edge digital identification system created to place each subscriber at the center of all the club's management processes. This tool will allow for more personalized, agile, and coherent attention in every interaction and represents a decisive step towards a more modern relationship model focused on the individual experience of Levante fans.
A change in concept: from managing subscriptions to managing people
With this new platform, the club evolves its relationship model: the reference unit shifts from the subscription to the person. Through a unique, stable, and permanent ID, each fan will maintain their identity regardless of the type of membership card they have or any changes in category or modality that may occur each season.
This unique ID will allow the club to better understand the needs of each Levante fan, personalize communications, and improve the services offered in all areas: from the Tenda Granota and the Foundation to experiences at the Ciutat de València and the Business Club. It is, ultimately, a necessary evolution to respond to the reality of a Levante UD that today serves as a meeting point for multiple social, business, and sports initiatives.
Email: your direct link to the club
For this new model to be effective, technical migration is essential. In this process, email becomes the key element: it is the direct and secure communication channel between you and the club. Therefore, it is necessary for all subscribers to confirm and validate their email on the Subscriber Portal before the system starts.
Levante UD Identity is an in-house development by the club's IT department, designed to ensure maximum data protection and to enable, in the near future, centralized access to exclusive content, personalized promotions, and faster identification at the stadium.
Subscriber Portal Update: Unification and Improvements
The implementation of Identity brings a complete renewal of the Subscriber Portal. Starting Monday, February 23, fans will enjoy an optimized digital environment with key operational improvements:

Total unification: Subscribers of both the men's and women's sections will manage their memberships from a single, integrated environment.

Multiple management: It will be possible to link and manage various subscriptions and supporter cards (family, friends, etc.) from a single main account.

Progressive single account: The Identity system will function as a master key that will progressively allow access with the same credentials to the online store or ticket sales.
Access Procedure and Assisted Migration
The club will offer support and clear steps to make this transition easy for everyone. The new portal will open on Monday 23 at 09:00h and the process will be as follows:

Initial access: It will be done using the usual method (Subscription Number and ID).

Migration process: *If you have a verified email, you will receive automatic instructions to create your Identity account.

If you do not have a verified email, the system will guide you to complete it as a mandatory preliminary step. Your email is the key to your new digital identity.

Definitive access: Once registered in Identity, access via ID will be disabled, and login will be done exclusively and securely through email and password.
Maintenance Window and Technical Downtime
To ensure secure data migration, the current portals will remain inoperative from Saturday 21 at 15:00h (after the women's team match). The service will resume on Monday 23 at 09:00h.
