Levante UD has put tickets for the upcoming matches at the Ciutat de València stadium against Deportivo Alavés (Matchday 26), Girona FC (Matchday 27), and the matches corresponding to Matchdays 29 and 31 on sale on its website, regardless of the fact that the official schedules for the latter are yet to be confirmed. Additionally, exclusive experiences for each of these matches are now available.

With this measure, Levante UD continues its strategy of advancing ticket sales to facilitate, if desired, the release of seats by season ticket holders earlier and, at the same time, optimize ticket office management.

Changes to consider

The club's ticket sales policy introduces several key points that fans should review before making a purchase:

• No refunds: It is essential to review the conditions before purchasing a ticket. This applies to both matches without a confirmed date and possible subsequent changes in the schedule; the amount will only be refunded in the event of the match's definitive cancellation.

• Seat release: Once a season ticket holder makes their seat available and it is sold, they will no longer be able to reclaim it for that match.

• Dynamic pricing: Ticket prices may vary depending on demand and the proximity of the sporting event. Generally, prices will tend to rise, although occasional promotions for season ticket holders may be launched.

• Discounts for season ticket holders: Season ticket holders receive a 40% discount, allowing each holder to purchase up to four tickets with this benefit.

Tickets and experiences now available

Tickets can be purchased online through the Tickelio platform or in person on the match day at the stadium ticket offices. Additionally, VIP Experiences, which allow fans to enjoy football from the heart of the Ciutat de València or pitchside, are now available in the corresponding section of the website.

Children and youth policy

The club reminds that children's season tickets (ages 5-14) and youth season tickets (ages 15-25) are offered at reduced prices and are for exclusive use by individuals within those age ranges. An original identity document will be required to verify age at the stadium access control.

Prohibition of resale

Levante UD reminds that the resale or simulated transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited by the General Police Regulations and the sales conditions. The club will be strict and will pursue any attempt at resale, proceeding with the immediate cancellation of the tickets involved.
