The Ciutat de València Stadium experienced problems with the entrance turnstiles yesterday evening prior to the match between Levante UD and Villarreal CF, due to causes beyond the club's control; these were specifically due to the failure of the LaLiga server which controls all the entrance turnstiles to the stadium.

For this reason, Levante UD sincerely apologises to all those fans affected by this problem and informs fans that their attendance at this match will be counted for all our season ticket holders, since many of them will not have had their attendance counted, despite having attended the match, due to these problems at the turnstiles.

Therefore the match against Villarreal will count as a match attended for all season ticket holders who acquired their pass in the season ticket sales promotion "if you attend 19 matches and Levante UD achieves the aim of staying up in first division by the end of 17-18, your pass for 18-19 is free".
