Levante UD reports on the voting system for the Extraordinary Meeting on October 21.
The club is once again using the same system as the previous Board meeting in 2024 thanks to the modernization and digitalization of the process.
Levante UD will hold the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting on October 21, 2025, and will once again implement the same voting system and procedure used in the 2024 Meeting, thanks to the modernization and digitalization carried out by the IT department.
The voting ballots will include a QR code, which will allow for the automatic validation of participating shareholders and faster vote counting. Additionally, delegation (authorizing another shareholder to cast your vote) and share grouping (allowing one person to vote on behalf of several shareholders with a single ballot) will be facilitated, thereby reducing process times and minimizing inconveniences for small shareholders.
Ballot collection and vote delegation
Shareholders wishing to participate in the Extraordinary Meeting can collect their voting ballot as follows:
· By visiting the club's offices tomorrow, Friday, April 17, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and also on Monday, October 20, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., as well as on Tuesday, October 21, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
· By collecting the ballot on the same day of the Extraordinary Meeting, presenting their ID at the table located at the entrance of the room, where Levante UD will set up a reception and registration desk.
· If they wish to group or delegate votes, they can also manage this at the club's offices or on the day of the Meeting. However, the person attending the Meeting on behalf of others must collect the ballot and present the authorizations and copies of the IDs of the individuals they are representing, as required by the rules.
Vote delegation process
The procedure established for vote delegation will be as follows:
The shareholder attending the meeting as a representative must present themselves with the signed authorizations and copies of the IDs (the total number of shares must be at least 10).
· Voting ballots for all shareholders will be issued after verifying the shareholder's identity and confirming it in the database.
· The shareholder (representative) must attend the Meeting with all the ballots containing the votes (which do not necessarily have to be the same votes) and must pass each sheet through the validators at the entrance for the votes to be valid.
· If a person who has delegated their vote shows up on the day of the Meeting, there will be enough ballots available to cast a new vote and cancel the previous delegation, provided that the delegation group is not left with fewer than 10 shares.
Vote grouping process
The procedure established for vote grouping will be as follows:
· The shareholder attending the meeting as a representative must present themselves with the signed authorizations and copies of the IDs (the total number of shares must be at least 10).
· Voting ballots for all shareholders will be issued after verifying the shareholder's identity and confirming it in the database.
The shareholder (representative) must attend the meeting with a single attendance card (or ballot for voting) and must pass through the validators at the entrance for their vote to be valid.
· If a person who has grouped their vote shows up on the day of the Meeting, there will be enough ballots available to cast a new vote and cancel the previous grouping, provided they are accompanied by the representative, who must collect a new attendance card for the Meeting, and the grouping is not left with fewer than 10 shares.
Levante UD reaffirms its commitment to transparency and efficiency in managing its Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, facilitating the participation of all its shareholders in the club's decision-making process.
