Levante UD sends its season ticket holders all the information for the return to the Ciutat de València.

Levante UD has sent an email to all its social members with the aim of facilitating attendance at the first LALIGA match at the Ciutat de València, which this Saturday will see the granota team face FC Barcelona.

In the statement, the club reminds its season ticket holders of practical aspects to enjoy the day comfortably. Among them, that the stadium gates will open an hour and a half before the start of the match, and that the catering service, managed by El Gordo y El Flaco, will be available from the opening of the gates.

The Tenda Granota will also open two hours before the match and will remain operational until an hour after its conclusion, with the usual discount for season ticket holders.

Additionally, it is reported that the incident ticket offices will operate from an hour and a half before the start, and fans are encouraged to arrive early to experience the atmosphere around the stadium with the players' warm-up session.

The club also reminds that it is possible to transfer the season ticket or release the seat through official channels in case of not being able to attend, and emphasizes that resale outside these channels is prohibited.

Dear season ticket holder,

This Saturday, LALIGA kicks off at the Estadi Ciutat de València, and we want to inform you of everything so you can fully enjoy the experience.

We look forward to seeing you at the match Levante UD – FC Barcelona, where we will share the excitement of the first game of the season at our stadium.

Here is all the information:

• Gate opening: 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of the match.
• Access: remember to have your physical or digital season ticket ready to facilitate entry.
• Food and beverages: sandwich and drink services will be available inside the stadium from the time the gates open, provided by El Gordo y El Flaco.
• Official store: open 2 hours before the start of the match and up to 1 hour after its conclusion. Remember that by presenting your season ticket, you get a discount.
• Issue ticket office: available from 1 hour and 30 minutes before the start of the match and during the first 30 minutes of the game.
• Your seat location: you can check it on your season ticket or ticket, where the access gates, stand, and seat number are indicated (see map).
