Sergio Lozano underwent successful surgery this afternoon to correct an injury causing instability and pain in his right ankle, which he has been suffering from throughout the season. The surgery was performed successfully by Dr. Jordi Vega and Dr. Joel Gambín, Head of Medical Services at Levante UD, at the Tres Torres Clinic in Barcelona.
Following the operation, the midfielder will be out of action for a period of three to four months.
