Pedro López will continue playing for Levante UD in LaLiga Santander next season, following an agreement reached with the Club presided over by Quico Catalán.

The contract has been extended until June 2019. Thus, the paths of Levante UD and Pedro López continue closely aligned. And this connection has lasted since the summer of 2011. The Levante UD captain moved from Real Valladolid to the Orriols neighbourhood for good. In January 2014 he renewed his contract with Levante until June 2018. Now at the end of this 2017-2018 season, the agreement has been extended for another year. It will be his eighth consecutive season as part of Levante UD first team. Pedro López is one of the five footballers in history to have played more than one hundred matches for Levante UD in First Division.

Since he became a Levante footballer in the summer of 2011, he has played a total of 172 matches. These include first and second division games, King’s Cup matches and the historical journey around Europe playing in the Europa League.
