Rocío Pardo enjoys her first training sessions with the women's first team.

The young goalkeeper Rocío Pardo, just 15 years old, is experiencing very special days after starting to train with the first women's team. A player of femenino C, the goalkeeper has also been called up several times with the Spanish U-16 national team, establishing herself as one of the great promises of the youth academy.

In her first statements after sharing sessions with the first team, Rocío expressed her excitement about this opportunity: “Very happy, very proud to be here, I loved the experience, the teammates are incredible, the coaching staff has helped me a lot, and I am super happy to be here.”

Committed to her development and the club, the young footballer assures she is always available to help when needed: “As a youth academy player, I am always available whenever they need me, I love coming up here with the first team, I have a great time here, and I learn a lot from the players.”

She also spoke about the good relationship she maintains with other players who also train with the first team: “I know those who are in the B dynamic and are moving up, and the one I coincide with the most is Érika Rubio, as she is my fellow goalkeeper.”

Her experience with the Spanish U-16 national team also holds a very special place in her career: “I have already been with the Spanish national team five times, and it is a pride to represent my country, my team, and I love going, seeing the players and coaching staff, it is an unforgettable experience.” Among the matches played with the national team, Rocío especially remembers one: “I have played against England, among ourselves, against Real Madrid I have also played, but officially the one against England that we won.”
