Héctor Rodas appeared this afternoon before the media to provide an assessment of the transfer market that concluded last night.
The technical secretary began his speech by thanking the work of the entire sports, administrative, financial, and other departments involved in the tasks of the transfer market. Subsequently, Rodas acknowledged that, after the closure, “we are very happy with the work we have done because we have built a very competitive squad.” “Despite the minimal resources we have economically compared to other teams, we have made twelve signings, the departures, the constructive loans, and, like all Levante fans, we want to achieve the reward of staying in the league,” he stated.
We recall that the market has been marked by the additions of Mathew Ryan, Matías Moreno, Toljan, Manu Sánchez, Víctor García, Alan Matturro, Unai Vencedor, Jon Ander Olasagasti, Kervin Arriaga, Goudini Koyalipou, Iker Losada, and Etta Eyong. On the other hand, there have been the departures of Manu Sánchez, Óscar Clemente, and Alfonso Pastor, as well as the loans of Dani Martín to SD Huesca, Edgar Alcañiz to FC Cartagena, and Víctor Jr. to Valencia CF.
Héctor Rodas also highlighted the continuity of Carlos Álvarez in the team. “We know the importance of the player, both on and off the field. Today, he is a symbol for the club, and we are aware of his significance,” he stated.
