PRESS CONFERENCE | Julián Calero: "The match against RCD Mallorca is a new opportunity to do things well"

Julián Calero appeared this Friday before the media in the press conference prior to the match that the Granota team will play next Sunday against RCD Mallorca at the Estadi Mallorca Son Moix.

The Levante coach acknowledged that, after last weekend's defeat against Rayo Vallecano, the team faces this new challenge as “a new opportunity to do things right,” convinced that Levante UD will be closer to victory “if we do things well and if we steer the game in the right direction.” Furthermore, Calero explained that the Granota team's intention is to go “with the hope of earning points, competing well in the match, and winning it if all the circumstances align. We are going to fight for it and try to take it to where we believe we can be strong.”

Regarding their opponent, RCD Mallorca, the Levante coach indicated that it is a team that “competes very well, has significant physical strength, masters many aspects of the game, and is capable of playing in different ways.” Additionally, he highlighted the level of their players and their coach, Jagoba Arrasate, of whom he stated that he is “another guarantee of success.”
