PRESS CONFERENCE | Luís Castro: "We are at one hundred percent to fight"

Luís Castro has appeared before the media in the press conference prior to the match that Levante UD will play tomorrow, Saturday, against Real Oviedo.

The coach spoke about how the team is approaching the game after dropping points in the final minutes of the last two matches. “It’s not the first time that things happen that are not what we want, but in the next game, the team responds very well,” he commented. For this reason, the coach is confident that the team “will respond once again with the quality and intensity it needs to” and was firm in stating that “we are one hundred percent ready to fight”.

Regarding their opponent, Real Oviedo, Luís Castro commented that, like all the teams in the competition, “they can beat anyone.” “We have to stay focused during moments of pressure so they don’t hurt us with long balls and second plays. In recent matches, they have been very strong in set pieces, and we must stay focused there on defensive set pieces,” he noted.
