Luís Castro has appeared before the media in the press conference prior to the match that Levante UD will play against Real Betis Balompié.

The coach acknowledges that playing again at the Ciutat de València Stadium is an extra motivation with the recent memory of last season and all the achievements accomplished together with the fans. “It’s good to be back home. It’s where last year we did very good and very difficult things. Last season, playing at home with our fans was an extra boost. We won matches here that were unforgettable,” he commented. “We are already with our people, and that gives us a lot of strength and desire to play the match,” he assured.

Regarding Real Betis Balompié, the coach highlighted their qualities. “It is one of the best teams in LALIGA. Individually, it is one of the best, and collectively, it also has very good things. It has a coach who has been there for several years, which means that the concepts are already aligned with the players. To beat a team like this, you have to be at one hundred percent in all aspects, tactical, mental…”
