Luís Castro appeared this morning before the media in the press conference prior to the match that Levante UD will play tomorrow against Elche CF.

The coach admitted that it is "a final" like all the matches that the Levante team will play until the end of the competition. In addition, he referred to his rival, Elche CF, as "a team with slightly different characteristics compared to many teams in LALIGA. Collectively, they are good, that's why they are at the top. They have particular things in defense because it is a team that defends man-to-man across the entire field. We have to be smart, it is a team that does things well, but also, like all teams and like us, they have their problems. It is clear that the position they are in the standings gives them a bit more tranquility in the matches and also tells you that it is a strong team because it cannot be a bad team if they are at the top like they are."

The team will be welcomed tomorrow by the granota fans upon their arrival at the stadium, thus feeling their support from the moments before the match. Luís Castro knows the importance of the support of Levante's followers to achieve the goal together. "I like football because it is a collective sport. One of the most important things in football is the relationships between people. There is nothing better than having fans who are with us. I know it is a fanbase that is always with the team in the most difficult moments. I think that will happen, and I want to tell them that for us it is like playing with one more player in the matches. Playing with one more changes things a lot and makes them a bit easier for us. It is a pleasure for us to play and give our best for fans like this. There is one thing that is non-negotiable, which is to give our all for them. If things end better or worse... It's eleven against eleven, you can't control everything. What I can promise is that we are going to give it our all."
