Levante UD opens the ticket sales process for the match corresponding to Matchday 1 of LALIGA EA SPORTS, which will see our team face RCD Espanyol on August 16 at the RCDE Stadium. The price for each seat in the visitor area is €30.

Sales periods and conditions

• Exclusive phase for season ticket holders: Sales will begin tomorrow, Thursday, August 6, at 10:00 a.m. and will remain active until Sunday, August 9, at 11:59 p.m.

• Open sales phase (general public): If the quota is not exhausted in the first phase, the remaining tickets will go on sale to the general public on Monday, August 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Purchase conditions: A maximum of 2 tickets can be purchased per transaction. To validate the purchase in the exclusive phase, ticket holders must necessarily be Levante UD season ticket holders, and all tickets will be nominative.

How to buy and collect tickets? 

For this season, the access and ticket management system has been updated. Three steps to complete your purchase:

1. Activate your Identity account

If you have not yet migrated your account to the new Identity platform, access the Season Ticket Holder Portal by entering your season ticket ID and ID card number, and follow the on-screen instructions to activate your user account.

2. Check and link the associated season tickets

Once inside your Identity account:

1. Go to My Account and select Season Ticket Holder Portal.

2. Verify that the season tickets you wish to operate with are correctly assigned.

3. Are you buying tickets for family or friends who do not have their own account? Click on the "+ Add Season Ticket" option and enter their season ticket ID and ID card number. If that season ticket is not linked to another account, it will automatically be added to yours so you can manage their tickets.

3. Purchase process

1. From Identity, go to My Account and access the Ticketing Platform. (Note: Matches with exclusive sales for season ticket holders will only be visible if you have logged in properly identified).

2. Select the match RCD Espanyol vs. Levante UD and choose up to a maximum of two tickets.

3. Click on "Buy now," complete the required nominative details for the attendees, and associate the corresponding season ticket to validate the purchase.

4. Once the process is completed and paid for, the digital tickets will be sent directly to the email provided in the form.

Access to the stadium and RCDE Espanyol regulations 

In accordance with the applicable regulations (including, among others, the Ticket and Season Ticket Sales Regulations), the Club undertakes not to sell, deliver, or provide paid tickets and/or invitations to any problematic group or individuals with a history of violence or ultras, nor to persons associated with such groups.

The ticket is personal and non-transferable. Alterations or manipulations of the ticket will not be accepted, and in such cases, access to the Stadium will not be allowed. In the event of an error or modification of ticket details, the Club/SAD must be informed to cancel the personalized ticket and issue another one. 

Tickets will be sold to Club fans who do not belong to ultra groups or supporters' clubs, have not previously participated in violent acts, and are not sanctioned. 

Access to the stadium will not be allowed with symbols of any ultra group or emblems, slogans, or messages that are political, racist, xenophobic, incite violence, or denigrate individuals or entities. 

Access to the stadium with objects specifically prohibited by the Sports Law will not be allowed. Additionally, banners or flags with poles (regardless of their size or material), megaphones, or drums will not be allowed inside the stadium.

The entry of computers, bulky electronic equipment, motorcycle helmets, or any other vehicle-related items is also prohibited.
