Vicent Mora has recently taken on the responsibility of the technical secretary of Levante UD Femenino after seven years performing various roles within the organization. His career has always been linked to the growth of the women's section: from his first season in the methodology department to his current position, passing through coaching the Femenino C and D teams and the general coordination of the women's academy.

Vicente Mora joined Levante UD in the 2019-2020 season as the head of methodology, a role that allowed him to deepen and structure the work already being carried out in the women's academy. His work focused on overseeing training methodology and establishing a common working approach within the academy. "It was a very satisfying first contact with the club and the academy for me," he expressed. He was able to put this methodological work into practice when he had to take on the role of head coach for Femenino D in 2021, a team that was fighting to avoid relegation during the second half of the season. After successfully turning the team's situation around, he later also took charge of Femenino C for a full season in which the team achieved the goal of being promoted from the Autonomic League to the National League.

Following these coaching experiences, Vicente Mora was appointed General Coordinator of the Women's Academy. This role allowed him to understand and appreciate the work of the various areas that are part of the structure: "If I’ve done anything well during these years of coordination, it’s that I’ve taken care of my team, I’ve tried, and I’ve always recognized that the real value is theirs." During this period, he followed the development of players who are now part of the first team, such as Nuria Escoms and Alma Velasco, and emphasized the importance of continuity within the organization: "These are players who, after six, seven, or even some who have been with us for over ten years, show that above all, we are a close, family-oriented club, where players of that level are willing to stay for so many years."

They say good things come in threes. So Mora returned to the bench of Femenino D in the second half of the 2024/25 season. The situation required fighting for promotion. And the team under his leadership delivered: they achieved all victories except for one draw, winning the league after defeating Valencia CF. It was a comeback that Mora recalls as one of the most special moments of his time at the club. "We had to win all the matches, and we won all except one. The second-place team allowed us to draw that match, so we ended up winning the league and achieving promotion on the field of our biggest rival, which was an incredible moment," he stated.

But among the memories that have impacted him the most, he highlighted his first day at the club, the moment when he stood before the entire Women's Academy as coordinator, and especially the debuts of players who fulfill their dream of reaching the first team. Now, in his new role as technical secretary, he faces a challenge that combines excitement and responsibility. In his first weeks, he has highlighted the harmony between management, operations, the coaching staff, and the players, as well as the daily work as the foundation for pursuing the season's objectives: "I see the squad doing very well, I see harmony between management, the club, operations, the staff, and the players, and that is important, remarkable."
