Víctor García became the hero of the match played by Levante UD against CA Osasuna after scoring the two goals that allowed the granota team to equalize the score and believe in the comeback.

The Valencian player describes the victory as “a team win” and expresses his happiness for achieving it at home in front of the fans. Víctor García explains that “it was a very tough start, we were down 0-2 in the 11th minute, but we knew the whole game was still ahead of us.” The team managed to recover from the tough blow, and before halftime, the two goals from the '17' arrived. “The first goal was a set-piece action, the ball fell to the far post, and I went all in. The second, with a bit of luck, went into the top corner, and I'm very happy to help the team,” he commented.

His two goals were the first he scored wearing the Levante UD jersey. “I was eager to score my first goal, and two came on the same day. I'm happy for the timing of the match and the point in the season we are at, as it’s very important to get three points to keep fighting for our goal,” he stated.

The competition schedule is tightening, and Levante UD is already thinking about their next opponent, RC Celta. A team that Víctor García assures “has a very special way of playing, they play very well in a combinative style.” Despite this, the Levante players will visit the Vigo team with the intention of putting up a fight to try to secure the victory: “With our strengths, we are going to try to compete well in the match like the other day. The last victory should give us a lot of energy, and hopefully, we can get the three points.”
