Levante UD Femenino and Dana Benítez have reached an agreement for the Madrid native to become a granota player until 2028.

Dana Benítez Otero (Madrid, April 23, 2004) joined Atlético de Madrid's Academy at just 9 years old. After six years of training, in the 2019/20 season, she joined the youth team of CD Tacón, a club that at the end of that season became Real Madrid, where she spent two seasons.

After her time in Real Madrid's youth system, she returned to Atlético de Madrid. In her second stint as a rojiblanca, she gained prominence in the midfield of the reserve team, winning the Segunda Federación title and achieving promotion to Primera Federación. Her outstanding performance led her to participate in the dynamics of the first team during the 2024/25 season and to debut in the UEFA Women’s Champions League against Rangers.

Last season, she played for Racing Power FC in Portugal to gain experience in international football, before joining CD Alba Fundación on loan in January. In La Mancha, the midfielder played 939 minutes across 12 matches and scored one goal.

At the international level, Dana Benítez has been called up to Spain's U-16 and U-19 national teams.

Welcome, Dana!
