Adrián de la Fuente “Dela” has addressed the media in a press conference. The defender highlighted the importance of the Ciutat de València in the upcoming match against Athletic Club and the desire to achieve the first home victory.
The player acknowledged that “we have turned the page” regarding last weekend's match because “it is a game that is now behind us and this Saturday we have another great opponent.” Looking ahead to the match against Athletic Club, Dela assured that the team's intention is to become strong at home again. “Last year, promotion was primarily achieved because of what was done at home, because of the fortress that the Ciutat became. We are aware that if we want to achieve the goal, we have to make the Ciutat a fortress, and we will do everything we can to ensure that on Saturday those good feelings start and the first home victory arrives.”
Furthermore, the defender admitted that he is “eager for the match to arrive, to see the Ciutat as we have been seeing it lately, to continue in the same line with the fans and the team, and for the first victory to finally come.”
