Levante UD advances the ticket sales for all the matches of 2025

Levante UD has put tickets on sale for all the matches that the club will play at the Ciutat de València stadium until December 21, regardless of whether the official schedules have been published. With this measure, the club joins the initiative of other entities to advance ticket sales, aiming to facilitate season ticket holders in releasing their seats earlier and, at the same time, optimize box office revenue.

The new ticket sales policy of Levante UD (see key points scheme at the end of the news) introduces several changes to consider. From now on, refunds will not be considered, so it is important to carefully review the purchase conditions before acquiring a seat. This applies to matches that do not yet have a confirmed date as well as to possible calendar changes, meaning that refunds will only be issued in the event of the definitive cancellation of the match.

Another new feature is the seat release: if a season ticket holder makes their seat available and it is sold, they will not be able to reclaim it. A dynamic pricing system is also being introduced, which will cause ticket prices to vary depending on demand and the proximity of the sporting event. In general, prices will tend to rise, although exclusive promotions aimed at season ticket holders will be launched at specific times.

Regarding discounts, the club is expanding benefits for two specific matches. Against Rayo Vallecano and RC Celta, the discount increases from 15% to 25%, allowing each season ticket holder to purchase up to two tickets with this benefit. For the rest of the matches, the usual 15% discount will be maintained.

Children and youth policy

Levante UD reminds that children's tickets (ages 5-14) and youth tickets (ages 15-25) have reduced prices and are exclusively for individuals within those age ranges, requiring the presentation of a document of identity verifying the age upon entry to the stadium. 

Remember: release your seat for the match against Real Madrid

The deadline to release season ticket holders' seats for the match against Real Madrid is still open. The release can be done from the personal area on the Tickelio platform.
