The Spanish company specialized in podiatry and biomechanics renews its commitment to the club
Podoactiva will continue for another season as the official provider of podiatry and biomechanics for the club, ensuring the safety and comfort of the players' feet.
The company will continue to provide the club with its innovative globally patented analysis systems, including biomechanical gait studies, the production of customized insoles, and Podoactiva IMUs, which allow the recording of the entire lower limb movement of the players, offering better diagnosis, treatment, and characterization of their sports gestures.
Additionally, the Levante teams already have access to a wide range of sports protections such as masks, splints, lasts, and customized shin guards adapted to the geometry of each player, through Younext Sport Protection, the Podoactiva division specialized in biotechnology.
With its headquarters located in the Walqa Technology Park in Huesca, Podoactiva offers a multitude of services for elite sports as well as for all types of patients in its more than 40 podiatry clinics nationwide and 170 hospital units. The agreement includes advantageous conditions for the club's members and season ticket holders, as well as for members of the youth categories and their families, who will have access to Podoactiva's services and treatments at its clinics in Valencia: Podoactiva Valencia – Valencian Foot Institute, Podoactiva Paterna, and the Podoactiva Imske Unit.
Jairo Casal, podiatrist of Levante UD and Podoactiva, states that "it is an honor for us to continue accompanying Levante's steps, working hand in hand with the rest of the club's medical and health team to help improve performance and prevent injuries within our field."
Podoactiva has a proven track record in developing its own protocols and technologies for the prevention of ailments and the optimization of sports gestures in various disciplines, for which it was awarded the 2021 National Award for Arts and Applied Sciences to Sport.
Podoactiva is also a provider for the Spanish Olympic and Paralympic Teams, the Spanish Football Federation, various elite football and basketball clubs from the main national and European leagues, and other sports such as the Movistar Team in cycling, among others.
