Levante UD secured victory in their third preseason match against Al Qadsiah in a game where they were superior for much of the ninety minutes and once again conveyed good sensations.

The Levante team was the protagonist of the clearest chances in the first half. They came close to scoring on several occasions. The first came six minutes in, when a good combination between Bardeli and Paco Cortés allowed the forward to finish the play with a shot that went just wide. Shortly after, Iván Romero and Víctor García found spaces inside the area, although the Valencian player failed to connect with the ball by mere centimeters. Víctor García tried again later after a good run. The player from Xeraco gained ground and tried his luck with a shot that once again went narrowly wide. The dominance of the Levante team was evident, but the reward of a goal continued to elude them, and the match reached halftime with the initial tie.

After the restart, Levante UD maintained control of the game and once again threatened the opposing goal from the early stages. Dela created the first chance of the second half with a powerful shot that went over the crossbar. Al Qadsiah's response was immediate and also dangerous. Pablo Campos deflected an initial shot, the rebound fell to Alqahtani's feet, and his shot ended up over the crossbar, marking the first great opportunity for the visiting team.

Far from being shaken by the scare, the Levante team persisted in their offensive approach until they found the reward. The goal came after a shot by Olasagasti that the goalkeeper managed to deflect, but Paco Cortés quickly appeared to capitalize on the loose ball and send it into the back of the net.

Levante UD did not give up on extending their lead. Carlos Álvarez found Kareem, who assisted Tay. The play ended in a corner kick. It was precisely in that set-piece action that the second local goal came very close. Hugo Sotelo took the corner, and Huseini's header hit the crossbar. Opportunities kept coming for Luís Castro's team. Requena was brought down inside the area, and the referee awarded a penalty. Roger Brugué took responsibility from the penalty spot, but the goalkeeper guessed his intentions and prevented Levante's second goal.

In the final minutes, Al Qadsiah launched an attack in search of an equalizer, forcing Levante UD to work hard on defense. Pablo Campos responded on the goal line, while Huseini made a decisive intervention by clearing a ball right on the goal line. Shortly after, the Levante goalkeeper appeared again with a great save with his foot to secure a hard-fought victory that rewarded the dominance and persistence of the Valencian team.
