Levante UD Femenino appoints Javier Aguado as the new head coach of the first team. The coach from Alicante will take the lead of the "granota" project in the Primera RFEF, aiming to return to the top division of Spanish women's football.

Aguado joins the Levante team after his most recent experience on the bench with Madrid CFF, a team in Liga F. His career in the elite began as a member of the coaching staff that won the league title in the 2017/18 season with Atlético de Madrid Femenino. He later continued his professional development with Athletic Club Femenino, where he worked under Ángel Villacampa for two seasons, gaining experience at the highest level of national and international football.

Subsequently, he had an important stint with Levante UD Femenino, being part of a project that competed in the UEFA Women’s Champions League, an experience that marked a competitive leap in his career.

In recent years, he has served as the head coach of Elche CF Femenino, finishing his last season in the upper part of the Segunda RFEF standings. His most recent tenure was with Madrid CFF in Liga F, where his association with the club ended in January of this year.

Now, Javier Aguado returns to Levante UD Femenino to lead the new sports project, with the goal of bringing the team back to the top tier of Spanish women's football.
