Levante UD has reached an agreement with Joan Femenías for the player to become the Levante club’s new goalkeeper until June 2024. The goalkeeper arrives on a free transfer from Real Oviedo. Joan Femenías (8/19/1996, Manacor) took his first steps in the world of football with his local team, CD Manacor. Later, he played for CE Constància and in 2013 he moved to the lower categories of Villarreal CF, where he progressed through their various teams until, with their reserve team, he played in the promotion phase to the Second Division on two occasions. In the 2019/2020 season, he went on to defend the interests of CF Fuenlabrada and played for the first time in the silver category. A year later, in the 2020/2021 season, he joined Real Oviedo where he has played until now. Levante UD's new goalkeeper has played 88 official matches in LaLiga SmartBank, thus achieving a permanent place with Real Oviedo.
